A restaurant I found while travelling

Today’s post is simply a recommendation if you find yourself in Jasper, Alberta while travelling. This place was so good, I was wondering if it is Michellin star. They had incredible gluten-free options, and the staff were knowledgable about celiac and allergies. Even if you don’t have any dietary restrictions, I’d recommend this place.

The restaurant is The Raven. It was incredibly nice food. Here’s a photo of the seafood bowl I had:

I liked it so much that I went there more than once in the 2 days I was there. You might need a reservation for the peak dinner hours, even for the seating at the bar.

And yes, they did have gluten-free desserts. It was so good that I had to share about it today with everyone.
