Recovering from an injury

I wasn’t in my best shape this week, I had a muscular injury in my upper back and shoulder. My desk job wasn’t helping a lot with recovery, so I had to take a few days off and recover with complete bed-rest. Apparently, the only way to rest the back muscles properly is bed-rest, or so my physiotherapist tells me.
Nonetheless, I am feeling better, will soon be back to 100%. I apologise for not being able to write too much this week.
